Children and staff from our Brighton nursery went on a trip to Brighton City Centre on Wednesday 28th July, to 'Build a bear' at the Build a Bear Workshop in Churchill Square.

The eight children, along with staff, took a trip on their local 5A bus to the Brighton shopping centre to the Build a Bear Workshop, where they were able to choose, stuff and name their new friend.

'Squidgy Cocoa' as he was named, for being soft, ‘squidgy’ and brown, was also chosen a number of outfits to wear whilst on his adventures at nursery, before the children were read a story by their build a bear assistant Vicky.

The children and Squidgy Cocoa made their way back to nursery on the 5B bus, where they had lunch and a well earned rest after their exciting morning!
