Early Years Assistant
Training allowance of £95 per week

If you would like to learn basic childcare skills and start a career in childcare then this could be the training contract for you. You will study towards your level 2 qualification in childcare while working as part of a team providing high quality care for the children. You do not have to hold any prior qualifications, you just need a desire to work with children and a positive attitude.

Trainee Early Years Practitioner
Salary £9,795 - £12,250 per annum

If you have gained some experience in childcare or have already undertaken a childcare qualification and wish to progress onto your level 3 qualification then this could be the training contract for you. You will complete your level 3 qualification while working as a part of a team providing high quality care for the children.

Whichever position you feel is right for you, we provide high levels of support by our skilled Assessors, including one to one training and mentoring. We offer excellent training, promotional opportunties and remuneration packages for the right person.
